I am an active and involved therapist who is open and accepting. I view our work as teamwork. I use a mix of traditional psycho-dynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, Imago and Internal Family Systems approaches. With couples, I use Imago Relationship Therapy techniques but do not insist that couples only speak to one another via the Imago Dialog.

I grew up overseas which gave me the opportunity to know many people from different cultures. At times, I was the minority. This background has shaped me as a person and a therapist.
